Puppy reservation fee- Please note that our $500 Puppy reservation fee is non-refundable. We require a reservation fee to hold your place on our waiting list. By signing/typing your name above you understand our non-refundable reservation fee policy. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your puppy.

The following contract constitutes a binding agreement between Better World Bernedoodles, hereafter referred to as "BWB" and the above identified as "Purchaser/Buyer", for the sale and purchase described of one puppy or dog identified and described under puppy information, hereinafter referred to as, "Puppy."

All Puppies are sold on a strict agreement (no breeding rights) unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. Puppies must be spayed/neutered by the end of the 10th month of age. Proof of this must be sent to the breeder by 11 months of age. This spay/neuter agreement means that purchased dog will NOT produce a litter of Puppies, either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding. If the purchased Puppy is NOT spay/neutered by the time that it is 11 months old it will be assumed the dog is used for breeding. The Purchaser will then be liable upon notice, to pay the BWB the sum of $5,000. This is the price that Better World Bernedoodles has established for breeding rights, at this time. The Breeder also has the right to be compensated for any or all offspring that may have resulted from an unauthorized breeding. In the event that the dog’s health does not allow this agreement to be honored at 10 months of time, Better World Bernedoodles must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical or emotional condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarian’s evaluation of this dog, the Puppy buyer will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date that the procedure can be performed. The Puppy buyer will notify Better World Bernedoodles in writing, at which time all other conditions of the contract will apply and be enforced. This is the responsibility of the Puppy buyer, not the veterinarian, to ensure that Better World Bernedoodles has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by said date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the Contract.

BWB wants Purchaser to be fully assured of their Puppy’s health. Breeder Responsibility- BWB guarantees that your Puppy will be in good health at the time of purchase and current on all vaccines: -All Puppies will have had at least one thorough physical health examination from my veterinarian & deemed healthy prior to leaving my home (unless discussed or stated otherwise) -All Puppies are vet checked, de-wormed, and have had their first vaccinations -Puppy will stay with BWB until 8 weeks of age -Health guarantee is valid for a period of 72 hours, or 3 business days after date of pickup. Guarantee does not include: -injuries incurred on your part after the Puppy is in your possession -Breeder does not guarantee undescended testicles, small umbilical hernia, and proper bite as they do not affect the health or life span of Puppy -Breeder is not responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona Virus 48 hours after sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be contacted after leaving the breeder premises -Breeder does not guarantee size, color, temperament, or shedding factor -Breeder has taken all precautions & done everything possible to prevent normal Puppy conditions (coocidiosis, giardia, kennel cough, parasites, bacterial infections) These conditions can be brought on from being re-homed and are all treatable, and not part of the Puppy health guarantee -Failure to have Puppy examined by a veterinarian within the 72 hr. time frame will null and void this guarantee. Purchaser’s Responsibility: -BWB requires that the Purchaser have Puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours/3 business days the date of pick-up (unless otherwise arranged) -Purchaser must provide proof that the Puppy was seen by Purchaser’s veterinarian within 4 business days of receiving the Puppy. This proof can be the invoice Purchaser is given when checking out at the veterinarian’s office. -Please email or text a copy of the vet record to Denise @[email protected] or photo copy to 330-714-0372. -BWB requires Purchaser to keep your Puppy on a regular vaccination schedule and routine de-worming by a licensed veterinarian. BWB also requires that the Puppy be kept on a monthly heartworm preventative. -During the time between receiving your Puppy and the completion of puppy shots (approx. 16 weeks), it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to keep the Puppy away from public places such as pet stores, kennels, pet daycare, or dog parks. A Puppy’s immunity is not strong enough to be exposed to potentially deadly viruses (such as parvovirus) before the Puppy vaccinations are completed. -Purchaser agrees to provide vet approved food, give daily exercise, provide indoor living quarters, regular vet care, to keep the Puppy fit, and to not allow the dog to become overweight, as this can lead to hip dysplasia down the road. -Breeder highly suggests that the Puppy does not compete in agility competitions (involving a lot of jumping), frisbee, or any events that can cause future hip dysplasia -Bernedoodles are intelligent animals that require consistent training, socialization and attention. BWB strongly encourages Purchaser to enroll Puppy in socialization classes, obedience training, and expose them to people of all ages, after the full regiment of vaccinations is complete. At any time, should the Purchaser be unable to keep the Puppy, the Purchaser is to notify BWB so we can assist you in finding a new home. Purchaser agrees to never relinquish Puppy to a shelter. BWB would like to stay in contact & appreciates periodic updates and photos throughout your puppy's life! Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Purchaser. Purchaser and BWB agree to terms and conditions of this contract and the spay/neuter agreement. By signing above, this constitutes as a legal indication that you have read and agree with the Sale of Puppy Contract in its entirety.
